Isabella Giardino
Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Isabella is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a genuine love for both food and people. She has a
passion for helping others feel confident with the way they eat, guiding them towards a more balanced
relationship with food.

Growing up in a vibrant Italian household, she learned early on that food is far more than
nourishment; it can be a way of experiencing life to the fullest. This love of food first led her into the
world of pastry, where she honed her creativity as a Pastry Chef. Wanting to pair her culinary passion
with her desire to support others, she went on to complete a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at
Monash University in 2025.

Drawing on her diverse background, Isabella takes a client-centred, empathetic approach to nutrition
care. She works collaboratively with individuals to explore how food can fit meaningfully into their
lives, supporting both physical health and emotional wellbeing. Whether managing a health condition,
establishing sustainable habits or improving one’s relationship with food, she provides
compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each individual whilst understanding each
experience is unique. She believes nourishing yourself should feel empowering, enjoyable and
sustainable – not restrictive.

In her spare time, Isabella finds joy in baking new recipes, staying active with Pilates and running, and
discovering Melbourne’s dynamic food scene alongside family and friends.
